Russia has reportedly delivered $200 million worth of weapons to Armenia as part of a loan deal Moscow extended to help Yerevan build up its military capabilities, Asbarez.com reports.

Iraq starts refurbishing 1200 military vehicles
On 18 July, the Iraqi Defense ministry announced a program to refurbish large numbers of weaponry and up to 1,200 military vehicles, Kurdistan 24 reports.

Taiwan: high increase of defense budget in 2019
Taiwanese Prime minister William Lai said Thursday the country’s defense budget is likely to increase by NT$18.3 billion (US$592 million) in 2019.

Czech Republic will purchase 80 IVECO LMV 4x4 armored for CBRN troops
According to the Prague Daily Monitor website, Czech Republic will purchase 80 4x4 light armored LMV from the Italian Company IVECO Defense Vehicles. The contract was approved last week by the new Defense Minister Lubomir Metnar. Read full news at this link ....

Raytheon contracted for 250 MALD Missiles by US Air Force
Raytheon Company received a $96.1 million contract to produce 250 Miniature Air-Launched Decoys, or MALD® missiles. The U.S. Air Force award occurred just prior to Raytheon marking its 2,000th MALD system delivery, and 10th year of on-time customer deliveries. Read more
Saab to supply its Sea Giraffe radar on five classes of Us Navy ships
Saab has received an order from the U.S. Navy to supply the Sea Giraffe AMB Multi Mode Radar (MMR) for the Navy’s Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) class ship USNS Hershel "Woody" Williams, ESB 4.
